TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECS MUSIC, INC. D/B/A TONEWHEEL GENERAL, INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
