Adapter for the Atlas PD-5VH/PD-60A and Hammond Suzuki Leslie drivers. Bolts on to the Leslie driver baffle via the existing driver mounting holes and horn spindle/bearing set. Includes new mounting hardware and spacer ring. Fits screw on drivers with 1 3/8 inch diameter and 18 TPI.
